About the Founder

Hi, my name is Ebony, and I’m the founder of Tubbs & Co. Printing and Embroidery LLC.

I am a registered nurse, a wife, and a mother. At the heart of everything I do is a passion for caring for and serving others. Helping people has always been a part of who I am—both professionally and creatively.

The Tubbs & Co. was created as a space where I could combine creativity, intention, and service. Through embroidery and printing, I am able to use my talents to help others bring their visions to life, whether that’s through custom apparel, meaningful designs, or branded pieces that represent something important to them.

I truly believe that God blesses us with gifts so that we can bless those around us. Every project I take on is approached with care, excellence, and purpose, because each piece carries a story.

What began as a creative outlet has grown into a business rooted in faith, craftsmanship, and heart—where every stitch and press is done with intention.

Why I Started

I started Tubbs & Co. out of a desire to create something meaningful beyond my everyday work. As a nurse, I’ve spent years showing up for others in moments that matter most. This business became another way for me to pour into people—through creativity, encouragement, and quality work.

I wanted to build something that reflected who I am: thoughtful, detail-oriented, and purpose-driven. Custom apparel allows people to express pride, identity, and unity, and I’m honored to play a small role in helping those stories come to life.
